Since you were children, you knew not to stray into the dark of the woods. Your homes and taverns and fields are for the folk that toil and profit and live, and the woods are for the beasts that rend and gnash and die. You keep to your hearths, they keep to their dens, and life goes on.

Last night, the woods struck.

You awake, the protectors of your village. Friends and family alike have vanished, their footsteps swallowed by moss and thorn. Huddling in the silent village square, you realize the only way forward is to venture into the woods and bring them home.

Bring them home, or die trying.

DCC Presents: Into the Wyrd and Wild is a high-action adventure into a deadly, magical forest to rescue your hapless peasant friends and family. The game uses the Dungeon Crawl Classics RPG rules, a game in the tradition of Gygax & Arneson's original Dungeons and Dragons that leans heavily into the random, the magical, the unexpected, and the exciting.

New players are welcome and strongly encouraged to come - if you've ever played any version of D&D, you already know how to play 90% of the game, and even if you're brand new, DCC learns fast and plays faster, so don't be shy! Everything you need to play, including pregenerated 1st-level characters, will be provided.

RULES FOR ATTENDING: 

• Proof of COVID vaccination is required at EVERY EVENT. Either the presentation of the physical card or a clear picture will suffice. Pandemonium does not keep any records, written or otherwise, of vaccination status.
• Advance online registration is required.
• Anyone not registered in an ongoing event will not be allowed in the event space to maintain capacity limits.
• Masks are required and must be kept on unless drinking. No food will be allowed in our event space for the time being.
