When will the store reopen? When will events resume?

We love our events, but safety is of the utmost importance for our staff and community. We are waiting for the governor of Massachusetts to decide when it is safe to open. We started online ordering and curbside pickup on Monday, May 25th, and in-store shopping on Monday June 29th. We ask that you please bear with us through any complications with ordering through the website—we're new to this!

We are now allowing a small number of customers to come into the store, and make purchases at the register (instead of online beforehand). We request your help to keep everyone as safe as possible by washing your hands, keeping your mask on at all times, staying 6ft away from staff and customers, and limiting the duration of your visit. Due to Covid washrooms are not in service at this time.

Can I call in an order?

At this time we are only accepting orders through the website. Both pickup at the store and shipping are available.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is a flat-rate of 4.99 within the continental United States. At this time we do not ship outside of the continental U.S. or internationally.

How do I use my store credit from the donation drive?

Your store credit has been transferred to the new website! Use the same email to sign up for a new account, and your credit will appear!

Having browser trouble?

The website has a few bugs when using Safari. We recommend Google Chrome for a smoother browsing experience. 

e- books?

eBooks are now available, you can view our collection using the search bar, or by selecting e-books under the "Shop" header. Check out our article here. When you purchase a book make sure it says, "Welcome Pandemonium Books & Games, Inc Customers" on the right side of the screen.
