Q: Do you have gift cards?
A: Yes. You can purchase them either in store (and receive a physical card) or online (and receive a digital code.) Both forms of gift card can be used in store or online. Gift cards expire after seven years.
Q: How do I use store credit?
A: If Pandemonium has issued store credit to you, it will be linked to the email that you provided at the time of issuing. You can use this email with a clerk at the store register to use your store credit, or while logged in and selecting payment options during checkout for online purchases. Store credit does not expire.
Q: Do you buy cards?
A: We currently buy Magic and Pokemon Cards. Please see our buying policy for details.
Q: Do you buy used books?
A: We currently buy used Sci-fi, Fantasy, and Horror paperbacks. Please see our buying policy for details.
Q: Can I place an order over the phone?
A: At this time, no. Please use our webstore or come in person to place your order.
Q: Can I place a preorder in person?
A: No. We only accept preorders via our website.
Q: Can I sign up for events in person?
A: Please sign up online, at least one hour before the start time.. Showing up without signing up online does not guarantee that there is room for you to participate. Events will be cancelled if we do not receive any online sign-ups.
Q: Will you carry my Game/Book/Product?
A: Maybe! Please reach out to sales@pandemoniumbooks.com if you have a game you’d like us to carry, or books@pandemoniumbooks.com if you have a book you’d like us to carry.
Anything made with generative AI will not be considered for our shelves.
Q: Are you hiring?
A: For all employment inquiries for persons 18+, please email general@pandemoniumbooks.com with your resume and some words of enthusiasm. Resumes will be kept on-file for 6 months. If a position becomes available, we will contact you for an interview.Â
