Head 2 Head Board Games!

Join us at Pandemonium for Wednesday night, head-to-head board games! This event is intended for those who want to play games competitively, specifically the ones where you’re in direct competition with another player. 

Naturally, this can mean deck-building games like Dominion or Star Realms, puzzly games like Terraforming Mars or Terra Mystica, but it can also mean high-combat, tactical titles like Kemet, Captain Sonar (bring friends), or – as we are happy to state! – Heroscape, recently returned from hiatus.

In other words, if there’s a game that you want to explore, and you want to play it to improve your skill, this is a good night to meet like-minded folk and have fun at the table.

There will be a chance to learn new games via moderated demos roughly twice each month, and then the other sessions will be unmoderated, open tables. In both cases, you can bring what you want to play, but if you just want to hang out (and learn new games), the demoed sessions will ensure we have something ready to share. 

The only rule, of course, is that we need to be finished within a three-hour window. So, get ready to play, and have a good (if not fast) time!

RULES FOR ATTENDING: 

• Proof of COVID vaccination is required at EVERY EVENT. Either the presentation of the physical card or a clear picture will suffice. Pandemonium does not keep any records, written or otherwise, of vaccination status.
• Advance online registration is required.
• Anyone not registered in an ongoing event will not be allowed in the event space to maintain capacity limits.
• No food will be allowed in our event space for the time being. Drinking is allowed.
