Officially, he serves as a trusted operative for the Viceroys, moving premium natural Hot Blue and other contraband under their protection. Unofficially, he runs a lucrative shadow trade, secretly selling to rival gangs, crime lords, and black-market buyers behind the Viceroys’ backs.
