About the Authors:

Fran Wilde is a Compton Crook Award and two-time Nebula Award-winning author whose novels and short stories have been finalists for six Nebula Awards, a World Fantasy Award, four Hugo Awards, three Locus Awards, and a Lodestar. She teaches for the Genre Fiction MFA concentration at Western Colorado University and the Writing for Children and Young Adults MFA at Vermont College of Fine Arts. She also writes nonfiction for publications including The Washington PostThe New York Times, and Tor.com. She lives outside Washington DC and can be found online at franwilde.net.

Fonda Lee is the author of the epic fantasy Green Bone Saga, consisting of the novels Jade City, Jade War, and Jade Legacy, along with the fantasy novella, Untethered Sky. She is also the winner of the World Fantasy Award, the Locus Award, and a six-time winner of the Aurora Award (Canada’s national science fiction and fantasy award), as well as a multiple finalist for the Hugo Award, the Nebula Award, and the Oregon Book Award.

RULES FOR ATTENDING: 

  • Advance online registration is strongly recommended. Anyone not registered in an ongoing event may not be allowed in the event space to maintain capacity limits.
  • Ticket price is an RSVP to save your seat, but also becomes store credit that can go toward the purchase of the book or other store merchandise
  • No food will be allowed in our event space for the time being. Hydrating is allowed.
