About the Author
Dr Delyth Badder (introduction) is a Welsh folklorist and Honorary Research Fellow at St Fagans National Museum of History, Cardiff. She is the co-author of The Folklore of Wales: Ghosts (Calon, 2023) and is a regular contributor to discussions on folklore in the media. Her primary research explores the appearance of spirits within the Welsh folkloric tradition. In 2024, she was honoured nationally by Gorsedd Cymru in recognition of her contribution to Welsh folklore study. She also works as a Medical Examiner for the NHS.

J.K. Jackson (General Editor) has written, edited and contributed to over 20 books on mythology and folklore. Related works include studies of Babylonian creation myths, the philosophy of time and William Blake's use of mythology in his visionary literature.
