Special Board Game Event: Blood on the Clocktower (Intermediate)

Join us at Pandemonium for our monthly playthrough of Blood on the Clocktower! This month’s meeting will be for intermediate players – in other words, folks who feel comfortable wanting to play beyond Trouble Brewing or even those who want to try Storytelling themselves!

Blood on the Clocktower has been one of our most popular board game events, and we want to give the community more opportunities to go deeper into the experience. This event is designed just for that.

Therefore, sign up for this event if you feel comfortable with the basic mechanisms of the game (Poison and Drunkenness) and are willing to try more advanced or community-brewed scripts. Because we have four hours, we’ll spend the first 10-15 minutes figuring out what we want to do, and then we’ll get playing! With smaller groups (7-8), expect us to get through at least two games, but if we have 11 of 12, we may only get through one.

Although this event is intended for experienced players (per your personal discretion), we want to emphasize that this event is as much about playing as it is learning. BotC is a game of great complexity, and we strive to have a friendly and mistake-tolerant atmosphere at the store. Be kind to each other while playing, even while stretching the truth and accusing.

RULES FOR ATTENDING: 

• Proof of vaccination is no longer required. If COVID levels rise, masking will be required. We will make an announcement about this on our website and social media if re-instated. 
• Photos may be taken at events to be used in our social media or promotional materials. Please inform the staff member running the event if you do not want your photo taken.
  
• Advance online registration is required.
• Anyone not registered in an ongoing event will not be allowed in the event space to maintain capacity limits.
• No food will be allowed in our event space for the time being. Drinking is allowed.
