Non-magic products can be returned up to one month after purchase. Items must be in sell-able condition - board games and miniatures completely sealed in original packaging, paint unopened, books with undamaged sleeves, etc.
Products can be dropped off curbside with receipt (please call ahead.) Or mailed at customer's expense — unless the return is due to us mailing out the wrong product.
We can't replace missing pieces in games or return games with missing pieces —please contact the retailer of the board game and they will happily send you the missing pieces or cards.
