Return Policy
Pandemonium offers a 30 day return policy on unused, unworn, unopened items with receipt or proof of purchase. Returnable items must be in the original packaging and in the condition in which you purchased them.
Exceptions to our 30 day return policy include sealed TCG/CCG products, TCG/CCG singles, preordered products, gift cards, and clearance/discounted products.
If you need to make a return, but can’t physically return to the store, please contact Shopify@pandemoniumbooks.com for assistance. We will not accept returns mailed to us without prior authorization.
Refund Policy
For returns, Pandemonium will refund customers via the payment method of the original transaction. For unattended events, Pandemonium will refund customers as listed above upon request.
If an order is placed for pickup and is not picked up within 90 days, the order will be cancelled and the customer will be refunded, but will be charged a 5% inconvenience fee.
Missing/Damaged Components
Upon receipt, please make certain that the product you have purchased is in condition as advertised, is the correct item, and if it is in any way defective. If anything seems amiss, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Missing or damaged components are the responsibility of the game manufacturer. Please reach out to them before us regarding such issues.
